Our Story

The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT) Arlington Chapter was unanimously voted into the state organization, Hispanic Women's Network of Texas in February 2023. 

The City of Arlington is home to over 400,000 residents, with approximately 36% identifying as Latino/a. As the 5th most diverse city in the nation, Arlington offers a rich cultural landscape—and HWNT Arlington is committed to cultivating and strengthening relationships across this diverse community.

Today with over 100 and growing, committed members, and numerous supporters which include local community powerhouses, elected officials, and dedicated high school and university students, HWNT Arlington is creating pathways to strengthen Latina Leadership within the city.
